USA3000 Online Reservations Glitch Ripped Me For $717.60

USA3000's online reservation system cannot handle multiple open windows.
I priced out an itinerary which came to $197.60 which was an excellent buy. I wanted to check other months/dates but did not want to lose the window which showed the $197.60 itinerary, so I minimized that window and opened a new window to check other dates/prices, I then opened a third new window to see what a trip over Thanksgiving weekend would cost. That trip came to $717.60. No way, so I minimized that window. I now had three windows for USA3000 Reservations minimized.
I then maximixed the window containing the trip for $197.60 and decided to book it. I entered all of the required information and clicked 'Purchase'. When the confirmation window came up it had booked and charged me for the Thanksgiving weekend trip for $717.60!
I immediately called their customer service and explained everything. I was told that once a reservation is made, it cannot be canceled for a refund. I told them that their reservation system had a flaw and that I had NOT agreed to purchase the $717.60 trip, and that I had booked the trip for $197.60, but was charged $717.60, the last trip I priced. Sorry, I was told. Once you click 'purchase' your only recourse is to cancel for a voucher. I did not want a voucher, I wanted the $717.60 back in my checking account (I used a debit card).
I spoke to the supervisor and rehashed the whole situation over again with the same outcome.
I have been ripped for $717.60 although I do have the voucher I was forced to take, but I am not sure if my mortgage company will accept an airline voucher to pay my morgage next month. Rip. Rip. Rip. This is just plain wrong.
