Timeshare Never Available and Maintenance Fees Keep Rising

I have been disappointed in this company since day one. I have yet to be able to use this timeshare. It is never available. They keep adding on maintenance fees and club dues, etc. This is ridiculous. During my divorce, my husband and I neither one could afford to use it and we checked into selling it, they don't handle that, even tho at the signing they told us if we ever wanted to sell to make sure and give them the opportunity to buy it first. I can't get ahold of a human being to speak to on any finance matters. The only time I got a human was when I got behind on my payment.
