This airline rips people off. I had a business trip planned FLL-LGA for 7am Tuesday 11/13. At 6pm Monday 11/12, I learned the meeting was cancelled. I called the airline to cancel the reservation, they told me I could not do so, the best I could do was reschedule it for 2 days later (and a $70 change fee). I indicated that I did not know when I was travelling again and all I wanted was a voucher towards a future flight (less the customary change fee).

They said I could then reschedule again within those two days for a voucher (less a second $70 fee). The $150 ticket would then have $140 in change fees. I indicated that this was absurd and the agent (who was located in the Philippines and did not speak english well) told me I might as well take the trip anyway then. I never heard anything like that.

This airline's customer service is certainly lacking. I have one other pending reservation with them I will use, but thereafter never again.

They do not have a customer service department and calls to their headquarters go unanswered.

My recommendation is to stay away!
