We arranged an Apple Trips visit to Mexico In August.

The journey was planned for March 20 thru March 27th.

We arranged with Apple using the comprehending that you've a cost guarantee.

I approached Apple Vacations at 11:56 am (CST) on Friday, March 15th to ask about the cost promise since I observed on the web the cost had fallen on our Mexico holiday deal.

Harold didn't return my phone.

He didn't actually contact me to convey he was still focusing on the problem, and apologize for that wait.

He just did not call.
