Apple holidays consultant explained that my mobile phone isn't suitable for what they offered and contact my travel agent for return. I named my travel agent and wont help me alternatively hanged up the telephone on me. Olga, who owns travel agent explained that it was only $15.00. I told it was the principle that she bought me this offer and she does not know the merchandise. Olga was very rude and refused to assist me contact apple holidays. I tried to call again to request aid, olga in exchange explained to not callback and hanged up the telephone on me again.
