LAS VEGAS Hotel Promotions Ripoff

This company VIP Promotions sells packages to hotels in Las Vegas in a nice brochure. They include dirt cheap hotels (major hotels) and free buffet and show tickets. I purchased this from a guy in the mall selling these. I did call and verify the toll free number and asked many questions and they seemed legit. I did not give my credit card number. I was told I can book a room myself directly through the hotel and they would send me my coupon book.

When the time came to get my free stuff they said I had to order through them and not directly the hotel in Vegas. They NEEDED my credit card information. After I told them the salesperson assured me this was not the case they said they would send my my book. It never came. Again, next Vegas trip I told them I had booked in advance and I want the book sent to my place. Again, nothing. After speaking to the ONLY person there, ALEX, he said his "manager" would send a refund cashiers check. Again, nothing. Now he assured me they are sending it this time again, but again nothing. This is the way they just keep avoiding the phone calles. He answers the phone maybe 2 hours out of the whole day. Alex claims there is a manager and gave me his extension but you cannot dial an extension. Also, the Voice message is always full. My employee at the mall has had the same problem. I work at a law firm and we are very close to doing something to stop this scam. Granted only $60 but it's the principal. Alex, the assistant manager is responsible for everything here as the manager is non existent and he has been warned of action if his "owner" does not call us to remedy the situation. This is a typical promotion scam where many have done some time for similar scams. Any attorneys in the area or DA who are willing to join, please contact us below.
