Robbery without a weapon ripoff

I had to change my flight schedules when i spoke to the customer rep they told me there would be a $60 dollar fee per ticket $120 just to change dates that's crazy.

Then I sensed that the rep which at this time was a supervisor was more interested in getting rid of me then rebooking my new schedule I asked for a total refund. My answer was we'll give you credit, being given an attitude by a supervisor I

Could see how this air line was going to be a mistake. I repeatedly asked for a refund but got the hole credit an policy act. That they would hold the money in credit for 1yr so that I would be able to purchase an other ticket at a latter date.

I told them that there was nothing that they could do to get me to ever fly their air line ever. So I was told that if I wanted to forfeit my $400 that it was fine with them it was my perogative, as I was over spoken. My thanks to (MRS Rabecca & Mr Dave).
