They have not refunded my money after I canceled my membership within the 30 day period. Ripoff

Cheap Trips in there phone presentation promised to refund my membership fee if I was not satisfied with there service program, after examining the information they sent to me.

They did have a refund claim procedure in the meterials sent to me, and I followed it exactly. It has now been 1 and 1/2 months and I have not been refunded. The charge was on my account within 24 hours, the refund should not take any longer.

The cheap air fares are tied to Hotels or courier services, and from what I could find on their web site;Their fares were no lower than I can get by checking the other travel services which I don't have to pay for. Their promises did not hold up to my research.
