CheapTrips.com Cheap-Trips.org Cheap Trips. They promised a welcome kit within two weeks that would include free travel vouchers and everything needed to save money on travel. If you are not satisfied with the offer just cancel within two weeks and we will not charge your credit card. I never received the welcome package so I called to cancel. You have to cancel in writing I sent the letter to cancel before the thirty days but my card was still charged. They said it would take 90 days to process a refund. They never gave me the refund and just make promises of a refund or a call from the refund manager. This has been going on for 9 months. Avoid these people.
