Extended Stay America
Filthy, No services, Unsafe & Disgusting - Don't Stay Here

First of all, the rooms look nothing like the website shows. They are worn and dirty, with the cheapest hotel furnishings I have EVER seen, and the rooms are unclean and seedy. When we checked into 312, we found dirt, change, a cigarette box and a banana peel behind the so-called "credenza."

Some other "gems" about this hotel:
- There is NO housekeeping whatsoever. But you don't get any discount, and the website says NOTHING about this. Not even clean towels.
- The halls SMELL of filth and dirty feet.
- There are no services and no amenities whatsoever. There were no hangars - NONE - in the rooms. For a 3-night stay there was only one tiny piece of bath soap and a handful of small, worn and rough towels. The so-called efficiency area was dirty, the counter had cigarette burns, and there was no dish soap. The windows were dusty. The view is of a desolate parking lot.
- There was virtually no staff at all, and none after 5 pm on Thanksgiving. This is a security and safety nightmare and a disaster waiting to happen.
- At any price, this is a rip-off. For almost $90 a room-night, this was an ENORMOUS rip-off.

Stay away from extended stay america!!!
