Ruined our wedding reception! Unprofessional and disorganized ripoff

We had our wedding reception at this place not too long ago, at a cost well over $10,000. What a disaster!

The sales staff was extremely eager to get our money, and once they did, everything fell apart. They did not serve the correct food that we requested in our contract and refused to make the correct entrees. The waiters showed up in dirty clothes (not even uniforms!) with food stains all over. This one waitress was such a klutz, she knocked over three candles spilling wax all over the tablecloths, and spilled a glass of red wine on a guest.

Then they started clearing away the tables and THROWING AWAY our centerpieces before the guests were finished eating, trying to get us out of there like they were in a hurry to go home. We saw a waiter steal one of our wedding cards that we later found out contained $200 in cash. We had to carry our gifts to our room by hand in multiple trips, as no one would bring us a luggage cart let alone offer to help.

When we later retired to our oceanfront suite that night, we pulled the bedcovers back and found a huge URINE STAIN on the sheets! I do not recommend this dive to anyone! It was an absolute nightmare! Perhaps what is worse is that we contacted the general manager of the hotel who did NOTHING, not even offer an apology! Obviously they were out to get our money, and once they had it they saw no need to provide adequate service.
