Booked Wedding and Reception at hotel. Place is filthy and they ruined the wedding

We booked a wedding at this hotel. The night of the wedding and reception a part on the air conditioner broke making it over 80 degrees. During the reception, the guests spent more time in the hall cooling off then they did in the reception. Several arriving guests had major complaints about their rooms. The "wedding party" was put up in rooms in the outdated filthy south tower.in some of their rooms they found stains on the curtains, hair in the bathtub (not their own) and the rooms smelled like an old bar. One of my guests actually attended the wedding, checked out afterward and left. After the reception ended several of my guests began taking our gifts to our "honeymoon" or "cabana suite" as they call them. They were greeted with a bunch of gang banging, dope smoking, loud music, and strippers attending a party next door. The cloud of dope was so thick there was a haze over the hall. The bellman said it will discipate after awhile. I guess this is a regular occurrance here. Anyway the Saint Louis Police Department was called to break up the party and we were moved from our honeymoon suite to downstairs. Guess where the gang bangers went when they came back into the hotel once the police left. If you guessed next to our room again... You are correct. Dope smoking resumed and could be smelled in our room so we checked out at 1am and went next door to another hotel. Calls to the GM have not been returned after multiple attempts. A manager on duty was called and his response was "I'm really sorry." I am seeking a full refund on the wedding and filed a complaint with the BBB.
