Ripoff

We spoke to this co. On the phone. They kept telling us we could cancel any time they would send the package out and we had 7 days to cancel. The pakage never came and we were charged anyway. I called and they were so rude and made me write a letter to Freedom Gold to get a refund. I was told I just had to call and cancel. They took the money out of my account without my permission; I think they are a rip off co.
