Ripoff, hotel was dirty, ac not working, pool dirty

I checked into this hotel instead of having a family get away it was a nightmare the following happened the pool dirty with floating chairs, the ac broke i was told to open the front door for some air i checked out at 3:00am with my two kids 5,10. I was told my account would get credited and of course i have been calling, emailing the manager (don) and no courtesy call back
