Ripoff, took money from my account and didn't send any package

Three weeks ago, Florida Passport called me and told me that they would send me a package free of charge for 30 days. If i did not find it interesting I could cancel it before they charged me. Today they charged my bank account $193.00 and I did not recieve a package at all.
I called them and ask them to refund my money, the man told me to write a letter to his company. Gave me an address and cancel code. I will try this and see if I get my money refunded?
