West Airlines ripoff, obligated to buy tikets to live Las Vegas

They rip me off while i took a vegas convention! Obligated me to buy a ticket, in order to live usa to dr. Telling me i could credited to another flight later and now they say that per costumers feedbak, they change their policy. And now i can not credit to nothing unless i cancel it before. Seems that they saying customers want to loose their money!!!

I been e mailing and calling vegas, tulsa and dallas, and they are playing ping pong with me.
