Hotel administrators reaction was improper and uncaring

Examined in to the Microtel Inn @ 1840 Business Blvd in Atlanta GA (Buckhead location) and experienced the next problems:

- filthy room (debri on toilet ground)

- shower towels stained

- stained and ugly hall rug

- Television remote didn t function

- sound from hall and then door (slamming gates / crying kid/slamming drawers in adjacent space). Actually I required space and a peaceful area.

The resort professionals reaction was uncaring and undesirable. As there is nothing they might do since this can be a business operation connection with the Organization workplace led to a suggestion to challenge the costs on my bank card. As it was not within 50 kilometers of my house the bank card challenge failed. Numerous follow-up emails to offices that are Microtel move overlooked.
