I requested information over thw internet. I was solicited by a phone call to my home. I was told for the one year $99 membership fee, I'd receive 4 R/T air tickets usable for my trip to Seattle this summer if I agreed to pay the hotel. The tickets received were only for resorts, none in Seattle, all of the hotels were all inclusive and nothing I'd ever do. I was told I could return the membership paackage for a full refund. I did. I received an e-mail confirmation of the package receipt, but I've seen no refund yet. I've called many times only to get an answering machine. One call was returned and I was told I'd be contacted by a supervisor. Didn't happen. I also received a couple return calls by people I couldn't understand who didn't leave a name or a return phone number. The phone and e-mail replys were spread out in a way that I didn't contact my credit provider until too late because I believed they were handling the problem.
They also claimed to have the lowest airfare prices. When I compared, their prices were competative but they had only long trips with multiple changes and layovers.
