Air ticket bought and paid for over internet but never supplied by agency taking the money Ripoff

May 25th i bought an airline ticket from farecrawler/picassotravel over the internet. It was never sent to me.

When i checked in to fly from ohare to heathrow on may 30th air india told me to buy a stand by ticket for $270.50 before they would let me board.

I talked to picassotravel on the 1st june and asked for help on the return leg. They did nothing. When checking in for the return leg on the 7th june air india refused boarding to me said they could not reissue a ticket already issued and told me to go home on united $1320 and to talk to the agent.

Farecrawler owes me atleast $1590.50. I have communicated with them 5 times via email and 5 times by phone in the last 48 days no genuine help from them no explanation of what they did with my ticket!
