Ripoff they took a hundred dollars from 2 of my tickets and gave me a voucher for the rest of it and want let me use it with another company Mcghee Tyson Airport

I ordered 2 tickets over 3 months ago they took the money right out of my checking account. We went to board the plane thirty minutes prior too take off. They have a big sign saying check in thirty minutes too departure. The lady tells us that we are too late and theirs know one their too board our luggage.

I know she sold our seats to someone else, because she said they were over booked by 10 people. Then she tells me that she has to take $100. Oo off each ticket, also she has to give me a voucher that i can only use with american airlines.

Please tell everyone american airlines will rip you off. Ishould be reimbursed my money or I should've been able too use my voucher at any airline. They should pay for that not me.
