M Ripoff Lied about closing time and did not provide the promised service

I used this company and prepaid for fifteen days of satellite parking, my plane arrived at 11:15 pm on my return I called the shuttle as instructed at 11:33 pm and was told that they close at 11:00 pm and that I will have to pick up my car the next day. I had to rent a car and come back the next day to pick up my car. When I double checked the web site it states clearly that they operate from 6am to midnight, because of one of their lazy employees or owner operators I had to pay for a car rental plus the drive back and forth (4 hrs) to pick up my car plus many other inconveniences. Do not use this company it may happen to you it's probaly their MO.
