I arrived a bit late for my 10:45 flight because of traffic but felt I would still make that flight. I arrived at the parking lot in time for the 10:00 AM shuttle. Being that the airport was 1.1 miles from the terminal I felt I would be ok with time. I used this lot once before and the service was fine. This time they used all new procedures, checking me in at the entrance and filling out some paperwork which took them more than 5 minutes to complete before I was on my way to the lot. When I arrived, I was told I just missed the shuttle and the next one should be there in 5-10 minutes. 25 minutes later I was still waiting at getting very concerned that I would not make the flight. I arrived at the gate just as the doors of the plane had closed and I had to schedule another flight into Ft. Lauderdale rather then Palm Beach then pay a $50 change flight fee and a $5.65 ticket for the tri-rail to get me back the the Palm Beach area.
Plus 4 hours time!

When I returned home I was picked up by a shuttle, also an outsourced vendor who spent a good deal of time shuttling airport employees around and waiting at their pick up stops. I was the only actual flight passenger customer and when I got to my car it had not been moved from the spot they kept it in and it was boxed in to that spot. I once again had to wait until other cars were moved until I was given access to my car.
