Made reservation over internet.

Had to cancel reservation 4 days before it was to be used.

Come to find that reservation was non-cancellable. Could not change it, transfer it, nothing!

They would not accommodate me in any way whatsoever. Totally customer UNFRIENDLY. They informed me that I was getting a special rate and due to that it is non-cancellable!

I do recall checking some boxes and I guess I am at fault for not reading them (very small print) thoroughly and so maybe I am to blame. But for them to take $300 from me for nothing with no compensation for my loss, I have decided to...

1. Never do business with Days Inn again
2. Try my best to warn others that Days Inn is slippery
3. Let everyone know that Days Inn is not customer friendly
4. Basically Days Inn took my money for nothing
