Ripoff, deceptive, takes money, offers guarantee and does nothing

In February we were contacted by Matt Davis, agent, at Resort Equity Marketing to sell/rent my timeshares. We did check out their website and the BBB and called him back.

He assured us that his company had Fortune 500 companies waiting and in line to rent my weeks because of conventions in Orlando. He said they rented for $2500 p/week, but it could be negotiable. I thought it was high, but he said that timeshare was the best way for them because it gave them flexibility, and also a 5 Star Resort. He had all the answers.

Matt said he would be my personal agent from start to finish. He had a show in 2 weeks, and he was positive my Prime Properties would rent then with no problem, but over 90% of the properties rented within 90 days, 180 days at the longest, but that was rare.

Received the contract - 1 day after the cancellation date (right to cancel date). Called Matt to ask about it and to make a few changes on the ads. He assurred he would take care of everything, but to hurry and get the contract and ads back to him. I paid $585 (non-recurring) for 2 properties.

Nothing then, nothing now. Not one call. Not only could I not talk to Matt again (so much for personal agent), but customer service is rude-when you get someone to call you back. I have renewed ads, dropped the rate, and last time told them to keep them on until I called to cancel. My ads fell off and nothing. I didn't even get the ripoff airline vouchers.

Yes, they need a class action suit. I am also filing with Attorney General.
