Two Tickets Purchased Without Confirming Which Airport, No Refund Within Minutes

Priceline also got me with the "Name Your Price" by purchasing two tickets, without confirming which airport I would fly into (there was two in my search criteria).

Within 5 minutes I called only for their wonderful, helpful customer service to hear "no refunds." That is the biggest bunch of malarkey I have ever heard. Priceline needs to be put out of business, flat out. This is not the first time they have been portrayed in a negative way.

Before others defend Priceline practices let me just say that if they are so wonderful and have so much faith in their business practices then why is no one ever able to get their money back.

If I had a business I was sure of and wanted to treat my customers right I would not have that policy.

Priceline is a bunch of crooks, and I agree with the other posters on this board they will get back what's coming ten fold. I hope for another Enron and some prison sentences for these crooks!
