Ripoff fraud telemarketer cant get through to the company by phone

I recieved a call on dec 2nd about a vacation package that i had 30 days to review. I agree for them to send me the info, under the impression that i would'nt be charged for 30 days. I received my paper work about a week later and two days after that my account was debited for $149.00. On dec 19th i contacted florida passport about this, and they said that i only had 7 days to cancel before being charged and 30 days to cancel. Even though i specifly asked would i be charged prior to the 30 days and was told no "i wont be charged. After canceling on the 19th of dec it is now jan 2 and i have yet to recieve my refund. I contacted florida passport again today and they stated that my check was cut on dec 28th. Im awaiting my mail for one more day and then ill be reporting this felonius company to every ear that will listen.
