Ripoff

Florida Passport was offered to me as a "free trial" after I supposedly won some type of vacation package for using my visa card. I had said no several times but the operator insisted that all I had to do was call and cancel within 21 days.in order to get off of the phone I agreed. I never received any info on the company or this "free trial".

The next thing I knew $149.00 was debited from my account. I contacted the company and they tried to satisfy me with a patrtial refund. I refused this offer and asked to speak with a supervisor who promised me a refund check within 10 days. 3 weeks later and still no check.
