Ripoff

I received a phone call to try Florida Passport for 30 days free. If I looked at what they had to offer, I would receive 2 free plane tickets. I fell for the scam. I received my package and within 2 days, I called to cancel, thought it was taken care of. Wrong!

I cancelled on March 13th and was charged on the 17th.
I called onApril 19th and talked to someone named Blonko. He tried to talk me into keeping it for 66.00 instead of 149.00. I said no, send me back my money.
Had to call again on May 9th. I talked to Patty Morton. She assured me it would be here by Friday (13th). Wrong again.

I called again on May 18th and talked to Craig. He said it wasn't sent yet, didn't know why, but said he would take it up to returns himself. Still no checkand it is now the 27th. I have turned them in to BBB and here. I also sent them a e-mail telling them what I had done. They had plenty of time to respond, so they deserve all the bad publicity they get!!
