Inconsistant, No cancellation period, Ripoff

Do not use this company!

I used them to book a bachelor/21st birthday party for my fiancee. They called out home at 1:00pm and did not leave a detailed message regarding the cancelled bus. Then, when I contacted the "dispacher" at 8:15 (15 minutes when the bus should have arrived at the meeting area), he told me that the bus was "Broken". The bad thing about this situation was that he said that he called that morning to let me know about the broken down bus. We recieved the call at exactly 1:15pm. Then, he said that there was a "convention" going on and that there was not another bus... So, I had 20 angry men looking at me for answers. I had to pay 500$ for the fees associated with the club we booked for a VIP party, not including the beer and alcohol that was wasted. I had to beg for 2 exotic dancers to come to the party, which cost me another 500$.in the end, because I did not have the bus come, it cost me close to 1000$.

Do not use this company! No customer service, no nothing!!! The representative will not return my calls for a comp. Vehicle for this weekend!!
