2nd day delivery never arrived - Preppy Ocean 1st Birthday in a Box

I ordered my sons first birthday supplies one week before his party and paid extra for second day delivery. When my order had still not arrived the day before his party, I called the company, stayed on hold for over 30 mins, just to find out that my order would not arrive until the monday after his party:- (I spent three hours the day before making a blue whale smush cake and lime green octupus specifically to match the theme i picked out and pre-ordered and was forced to completely switch theme less than 24 hours before the party:- (As far as i am concerned this company ruined my childs only first birthday. I have three children and a dozen neieces and nephews and can promise none will ever have a birthday in a box party!
