Ack in june i had my wedding bachelor and bacherolette party all booked through the same company (m & v). I know that they i had been around for a while and did offer a wide selection. Because of this you would only figure that they would offer you good service. Well that couldn't be further from the truth.

It all started the day of the bacherolette party when the limo bus arrived 30-45 minutes late plus the driver did not understand what a cert. Check looked like (keep in mine they asked for a cert. Check) so we did not leave for another 30-45 minutes after that. I figured i would let that slide until i found out that for the bachelor party they showed up aboout 2 hours late with a dirty disgusting bus.

I had spoken to the manager rico the following monday and described to him my concern about if they would show up late for my wedding. I went down to their location and had new contracts written up.in compensation all the manager could offer me was a town car to pick us up from the airport and not to charge us for the change in contracts which would have the limo bus picking up at 2:30 instead of 3:00.

Well the bus did not arrive till after 3:00 so the men did not arrive till 5 min. Before the ceremony. To top it off people from the wedding party had to clean the bus after the church so that i would not be aggrivated when i saw the condition the bus came in.

To sum it up i spent THOUSANDS of dollars thru them and all they offered me was a town car. I was never offered money back for any of the problems with the bachelor or bacherlorette parties. I would of liked to see what would of happened to me if i broke my contracts with them. I probally would have been sued. Well i won't sue them it's not worth further agrrivation so all i will do is tell my story and hope people won't give them their business.
