I had reserved a non smoking room as I was going to be a patient in the hospital and my wife needed a place to stay. When she got there they gave her a filthy room that reeked of cigareete smoke. I had also requested double beds as my son was also there and they gave a room with only one bed. My son had to sleep on the chair.
