Disgusting, dirty and not as advertised!

This hotel is a horrible place to stay and should not be recommended to ANYONE! My family and I visited Sandusky last week. I made reservations at this hotel via the internet and saw nothing indicating the poor condition of this facility.

I reserved 2 rooms w / 2 double beds in each. What we got was one large room with 4 double beds that were in fact Murphy beds and all had huge dips in them. The room was filthy. There was dirt in the one bathroom the room had, remember we were supposed to be getting two roomsw / a bathroom in each.

The lock on the door to the parking lot outside was broken and the door was propped open. There was mold behind each of the beds and severe water damage on the ceiling. When my son pulled down the bedspread on one of the beds, the blanket was covered w / hair. The pool was suspiciously cloudy.

It was disgusting and completely unacceptable. I went to the office and demanded a full refund which I was given w / a sheepish apology from the staff.
