If you decide to buy there product make sure you read the small print because they will add on extra charges IF you don't check the boxes. They bring "deception" to a new level. Once they have your account number, there is no way to get through to a representative or a supervisor.

Either their systems are down, it's after hours, they are backed up, or the person that needs to handle your call is at lunch or away from his desk and will call back within a few hours. Don't hold your breath because you will never hear back from them. You will fair much better by researching your own trips and keeping their paws out of your accounts. They have nothing to offer you can't find on your own with a little research.
