Ripoff, false advertisement, did not deliver what was offered

I spent Friday August 12 to Today August 13 at the Indian Oak Resort. The website which was last updated in June showed a nice lake and mentioned different amenities. Well, once I arrived, the resort looked NOTHING like the website. The lake looked more like a swamp with West Nile! My room was nasty and looked like it had never been cleaned. It smelled and the pool and sauna were filthy!

I understoond once a saw that the maintenance man was a little boy aroung 13 years old! The board in the lobby stated that a continental breakfast would be served with fresh fruits and juices. Well, I was horrified when I arrived to see dried bagel and NO fruit. When I asked the front desk, they told me that if there was not out there then they didn't have any. This was at 8:00 am! Later, I returned to see a small basket with 2 apples and 1 orange in a nasty basket. Of course I did not eat! I drove from Illinois expecting to see what was on the website and only arrived to an expensive disaster. I spent 196.00 and this was awful! I would like a reasonable refund since I did not get my monies worth in this establishment.
