Fruits and Chocolate Basket (Horrible Service)

The Basket of fruit and Chocolates was not delivered in time but worst of all I received an e-mail from the person that received it saying the following:

You shouldn't pay the bill for that fruit basket. Much of the fruit
was very deteriorated, not edible, so we pitched most of it. Some of
the cookie boxes were crushed, and sticky from the old fruit. If you
want to complain, I took a photo of some of the fruit. Just the apples
and the kiwi survived, but the oranges, pears and grapes were not
edible. Much of the cookie product didn't survive.
Sorry I'm so frank when I write but thought you should know that that
company you used to send the fruit basket didn't respect the nice
thoughts you had.

They would not pay me back so they offered to deliver again. Well one week later still no fruit basket. Still trying to get a hold of someone from Bloomex. What kind of service is this???
