Ripoff

We, too, are angry and feel ripped off by Promotion Travel Specialists. We joined Great Escapes so don't think that not joining is why we are having trouble. We feel justified in expecting our money back for the trip to Florida we could never take.

We kept submitting dates and being rejected for one reason or another. The last effort was to take it on January 11th so it would meet the criteria of being 10 days after a holiday. That was rejected saying it was not 10 days after a holiday. The last time I substracted 1 from 11 it was 10.

We have made multiple phone calls after notifying in writing to request our deposit back but have not received our check.

Great Escapes has tried to help but has not been able to. We have been happy with our membership in Great Escapes.
