Ripoff, travel dates impossible to choose, will not refund money

We received a trip to Las Vegas for going to a 90 minute promotional package for a travel group. We sent in $150.00 deposit for this trip, then we were to choose 3 different dates for the trip to Las Vegas. We sent in letter 3 or 4 times with different dates and they were all returned saying that they were not acceptable dates. They will not tell you why they are unacceptable, just to choose 3 more dates.

Each time we did this, until finally, we gave up and just asked them to send back the deposit, which they state they will return if you cannot make the trip. We sent in the $150.00 on 5/3/04 and I am still trying to get the deposit back. They keep saying that it will be sent out "shortly". When I asked Heather to define shortly, she would not. She would only say that they are backed up and are way behind schedule.

This has been going on for a year and I have all of the paperwork, including signed return receipt cards dated as to when they received my money, letters, etc. These people make it impossible to use the "free" trip and will not return deposits! I have turned them into the BBB and am awaiting answers from them.
