Rip off. Won't reimburse deposit, always say, we went to a new system, not paying is my assumption been going on since August 04 despite a dozen phone calls by me

This company is obviously in finacial trouble and has no intention of keeping it agreement with me. I also went to a 90 minute presentation for Great Escapes Vacations, a vacation club in Minnesota. After jumping through the hoops of the almost impossible date selection, we did go to Las Vegas but have not received the refund of the deposit yet. It's been 9 months plus. Every time I call them no one answers. I just get an answering machine. Several times it directs me to a mail box system which says it's full and can't receive anymore messages. Do you think that could mean there are a few more victims out there? On a few occasions when I was able to talk to someone they always said the same thing. "We have a new system and my refund is in the process". How in Gods green earth can any honest person work for this outfit and continually lie for them like that (unless they are part of the scam)? I hope others respond to this. It's time to put pressure on them. What a joke!
