Ripoff fraudulent charges and cancellation policy Ripoff

Traveling & Tourism

When I made the reservation for my RV for 3 nights, starting Thurday, June 16th, the lady on the phone told me, that I would have to pay a $35, — reservation fee and that in case of cancellation 24 hrs before my arrival date I would get a refund except for a charge of $10, —.

Because the hydraulics on my RV are not working it is impoossible for me to drive on the roads. So I called at 1:30 PM on June 16th to cancel my reservation. A man named Gary had answered the phone and told me he would havo to charge me the full amount (3 days at $60, — per day = $180, — plus 10% hotel tax.) I told him that I couldn't come and asked what happend if peoples RV's broke down, if they would still charge them. I told him I didn't like that, because last time we stayed there in December they had charged us $38, — for the reservation, $334,60 for one week stay and another $52, — because I checked out shortly after 12PM. I told him I considered suing the park and he said because of my attitude he would charge me the full amount and hung up on me.
