I'm not very happy with the service in the hotel I stayed in.

The TV internet didn't work properly. The keyboard kept sticking. There was no pool. The toilet didn't flush and it kept blocking.

There was no restaurants around the hotel. The breakfast was horrible.

They talked about guests on the front desk. I had to keep ringing up to get my room cleaned. The trash wasn't taken away either.

The patio window was left wide open when I returned back from shopping.

When you complained about the hotel, they didn't seem bothered.

There is no 24 hour internet access, you can only have 30 minutes on the computer then you are told to get off. The front desk uses the computer for mis-use (porn sites).

The staff say you lie when you don't. Watch your credit cards, they charge you double. The hotel is on a main busy road, so it it very noisey.

Water tastes horrible. Can't get a soda unless you pay by credit card. They damaged by laptop computer.

There could be more english people who work there.
