Marriott hotel review - Marriott Gateway on the Falls at ontario canada

Complain about the way marriott gateway on the falls reservation rudely answered me over the phone and also for not giving me my money back for not staying in that hotel. This is the Marriott Gateway on the falls at fallsview ONtario Canada... Their people sucks and even gave me false information that there's no charge for additional adult. Quoted by Wayne of their front desk. People there are very incosiderate and not even courteous to resolve my issue.
