Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

I was contacted by this company in August to try their vacation club for two weeks free. My account would then be charge $59.95 initially and then a mainenance fee of $19.95 per month.

I never recieve any paperwork so I forgot all about it. When I noticed the first charge on my account I called my bank to inquire about it. I was told that I needed to contact the vendor which I did and was promised that I would be cancelled and the refund would be put in my account but it might take as much as two billing cycle to appear. Again I put in the back of my mind and never gave it a second thought.

In February I notice a charge for $19.95 and called the bank again I was told I needed to contact the vendor. I did this and was given the same response. I called again in March and talked to a recorder. I will contact my bank again today using the helpful hints I received from you.
