I can't believe that they can get away with this, i have been a client of thiers for almost 3 years, when i called and cancelled, they said fine, and since you have been such a good client we're going to give you 2 free months of internet use, well i said ok, but when i went to my bank, i also had an overdraft, so i found out what had caused it, aol had charged my account, so i called them, and i told them, that i had cancelled and that they had charged me another month, even though they said that i would recieve 2 free months.

Well, i talked for 2 days, and to 5 different people, and not one person could help, because i had to cancel my account at the bank, because they said that they could not stop aol from charging because they had access, so i had to give the bank my visa debit cards, and i didn't have the last four digits of the number, they would not even talk to me, security reasons they said, then one of the people i talked to said that i needed to go into the aol site and update all my information, including a new billing card??? When i went to the billing site, it would not let me in, said it was invalid because billing method was invalid, and that they would charge me another $50.00 because the billing information was invalid...
