Ripoff, mail fraud, promised service but did not deliver, stole, lied San Antonio Texas

We had purchased a vacation package from Bahama Sun-n-Fun a little while ago and had never tried to use it. Recently we got a call from Eric Wolff offering for us to renew our package and book a cruise for in December. It was April. We thought that he was brokering last minute cabins and thoughtt nothing of not getting a response until about October when we thought we should have heard something.

Our attempts to call met with constant busy signals. We faxed mesagesa to them that went unanswered. At one point we sent some faxes threatening legal action and they suddenly called us back. Apologizing all over themselves we spoke to Michelle Howell. She told us that Eric had been sick and that all of his work had piled up and not been worked on. She had us send her copies of wat we had paid and promised that she would look into our problem immediatley.

By this time we knew that we were not getting our cruise and thatour kids Christmas money had gone up in smoke. If there is nayone really interested in helping us out there I have the long sordid legal history of BSNF and the constant trouble they are in with there creditors. Unfortunately I only found thiis out after the fact while doing research into this bogus company. The 2935 Thouand Oaks address is a Mailboxes Etc. And they still see Eric and Michelle in there "all the time". So they are still perpetrating their cons on unsuspecting travellers.

I also have information on the other members of their con ring, Gary Wayne VonWeimer, (aka, Gary Weimer, and Gary Wayne Wellmer.information about their ripoffs is readily available through the San Antonio court system. They have done business under other assumed names until driven out of business by creditors, (Design Travel, CCL Travel, American Credit Card Acceptance, South East Promotions, and Starship Enterprises). If you want other legal proceedings please contact me, I have several others. These people have no scruples, they are predators that care nothing about the eople they hurt. They stole every penny of my kids Christmas money ($1000) and let us fill there heads about an exciting cruise for the family for Christmas. They knew tat we counted on them. They have said that they would make it up to us. They lie. Everything they say is for one thing, to continue to perpetrate the con they run. I would greatly appreciate help from anyone who could assist in stopping these crooks.
