Ripoff with promises of a cruise hotel stays and travel inclusive packages

Eric Wolf of Bahama sun-n-Fun Travel called with a promo. Cruise package for 6 and all we have to do is pay the taxes on the package.

After several calls and cancelling one cruise over a year ago we get another call that we have credit on a previous cruise that we can redeem by paying the port taxes on the package and he would return the package to us for use.

All we would hasve to do is call him at a toll free number (1-866-398-8052) to remind him to get the package from their file and send to us.

When I called, a different agent answered and promised thst she (Michelle) would pull the package and send to us. When I called back to confirm there was a message on hte phone that the agency would be closed for the holidays and reopen January 11. I tried the toll free number and all I got was a busy signal. After a few days of this I located the local number and tried it. The number was reported as being out of service or disconnected. I am out about apporx. 900 dollars.
