Unsatisfactory Service and Support - Booking airfares via Expedia

Having been a member of Expedia for many years if was sourly disappointed with their service during a recent booking.
I booked flights for a client through Expedia with Delta Airlines. Part of the travel was domestic and part International..
Delta changed their domestic itinerary - no issues there - but the revised itinerary would make it impossible for my client to catch the flight as he would still be in transit on his international flight at the time.
After emailing Expedia.com twice to ask for advice and resolution without getting any answer I finally called their call centre. What a nightmare!!!
After 40 minutes on the line I was transferred to a "supervisor" whose accent was of such a nature that I could hardly understand a word... 20 minutes later and the only option left was to cancel the flight upon which the "supervisor" promised to email me confirmation that the flight was cancelled and refund me for the flight cost (but not the insurance I'd bought).
To date I have not received any email nor have I been refunded..
I'm sadly disappointed!
