Allegiant Airlines agent hung up on me

I tried for over a week to contact you in regards to flying with a child. After holding for 2 hours tonight an agent answered. We spoke for several minutes. I asked to speak to a manager. She said no I had to write a letter and then she rudely hung up on me! I need my situation taken care of now as there is not time for me to write a letter.
