Horrible, lying customer service

First off, expedia is listing "hotels" on their site that are brothels and bed bug infested, dirty, fire hazardous motels. Why would they support a motel that has a one star rating? Our first night we arrived at the coco plum hotel in bahamas - we called expedia crying and begging to get us out of it - there was sex, drugs, dirty sheets, no shower, no soaps, no nothing, and we wanted to go to another hotel or even go back home. We used over $1,000.00 in international minutes crying to the customer service reps, and we kept getting hung up on, people who can't speak English, an "I'm sorry but there's nothing we can do even with an emergency"- we called expedia ten times. No one called us back, they had no records of our case numbers, no one cared. I was bitten by bed bugs, offered drugs, told To "watch out" upon arrival and expedia lists this as a hotel/resort? You would think after me and my husband begged and pleaded for any sort of sympathy to please help us and get us out of this hell hole that they'd be able to do something? Nope. Nothing at all. We are stuck in another country, can't afford to pay for another hotel, my legs are bitten from top to bottom we bed bugs, and expedia makes their money and doesn't care. I will never ever ever purchase from Expedia again, I will spread the word, and my husband has submitted a claim to the BBB. It was really that bad. And, we contacted "management"- the drunk guy at the bar - about all of these problems. He acts like he hasn't heard any of these complaints before, brought me a cough drop wrapper when I complained about the condom wrapper on the ground, and collects his money. Expedia doesn't care about your safety, your health or your sanity. They just want paid. F expedia and all it's scams. You definitely lost two customers.
