Travelocity - will not admit they made and error and refund me

I used Travelocity.ca (the Canadian affiliate) to recently book a single night for a hotel in the Philadelphia area. To save some money I used the Secret Hotels approach since the location was not too important so long as the venue was 3 stars or better. Everything was going well until I received my confirmation and my 3-star hotel magically converted into a 2-star hotel. After repeated attempts to get my credit card refunded as a result of this fraud/error and a promise for a Travelocity rep (not one of the original India-based moronic support personal) I am still left with a charge on my credit card.

Never again shall I book with this bunch of liars. Expedia had always been much more fair and has vastly superior customer support.
